What an exciting weekend at the 2009 Arnold Classic. 

I met so many great people and caught up with some friends I had not seen in a while.

Here I am with Carla Sanchez. She is an IFBB Pro and Owner and Founder of the Performance Ready Fitness and Figure Girls. I am excited to announce that I will be joining their team for my up and coming competition year!

Here I am with 2009 Ms. Fitness International - just before we went out to do the fashion show.  It was a fun time. Had some good laughs with some nice girls.  I was so glad to be a part of it and am looking forward to it next year.
